This picture is definitely going to make my top 10 of 2010 at the end of the year. I just love it! You could say that this shot kinda sums up our Mayward family shoot (as you will see at the end of this post:) but even so we got some great ones! Like I have said before, you just never know how a little one is going to act in front of the camera so you just have to embrace it. Joel and Katie did a fabulous job of doing just that! Instead of getting frustrated and letting that show they were laid back about the whole thing and it made our time together and the end result just peachy! So enjoy viewing this sweet family and the cute chubby cheek face of their little guy!

The big news concerning the Mayward family is that their littlest member is turning one this week!

You know that song that goes a little something like..."It's my party I can cry if I want to, cry if I want to..." and so on? Well, Copeland decided to take those lyrics to heart! In all seriousness, the kid has some adorable sad faces so I decided to include just a few:)
His little face is almost as red as the couch!
Even toys couldn't cheer him up!
What this little guy needed was lots of love from mom and dad and that did the trick! They were always there to wipe his tears. Copeland, know that you are loved; you are one lucky boy!
