This was such a fun shoot! Not only because we were surrounded by such a beautiful landscape but even more so because of the group that I had the privilege to photograph. Southwestern College has put together a new band (name to be determined) and these seven individuals, along with their instructor, are legit. Before we began the shoot they held a meeting to discuss the upcoming semester and it was really great to hear them talk about the importance of creating good music. There are a lot of worship bands that honestly do not take that fact to heart (which unfortunately too many of us have experienced...). If you think about it it only makes sense that if you are going to be leading people into the presence of God that you need to give it your all and make honest good sounding stuff. These guys were picked because of their ability to make beautiful music and I know that they are going to do great things TOGETHER! So without further ado, meet...

I told them they look good together... I think they thought that was kinda weird... BUT THEY DO!
